Back when radio was fun

I started my broadcasting career as a Top 40 disc jockey, probably because I grew up listening to some of the best rock ‘n’ roll radio stations and air talent in the world. That was long before the days of computerised automation and liner-card-reading deejays. The formats and production were tight – but there was still room for fun. These are some of the people and stations who inspired me.
